According to Ashley, the company is also all about "celebrating the resiliency in under-served communities (the artists, the entrepreneurs, and the innovators), supporting them as they work to advance social and economic justice."

During the launch celebration, Joe spoke about how impressed he was with his daughter and reminded attendees that she has wanted to make a difference for a very long time. "I'm very proud of her," he shared with E! News. "She's been trying to change the world since she was three."
